認識ONE☆DRAFT就是從這首アイヲクダサイ開始,聽這歌也有一段時間,但不知為何從沒有想過去找它的mv看看,今日在blog中聽到random play這曲,就想到youtube找找mv是拍成怎麼樣,原來故事非常不錯,所以也順便看看其他歌如何,發覺雖然ONE☆DRAFT的歌比較pop一點,但mv多數是拍出人與人之間暖暖而帶窩心的關係,其實也滿不錯

不錯的小故事,講夢想與現實間之衝突,父女感情拍得不錯,Evan Rachel Wood在此片實在太年輕了,喜歡她展示實際年齡的外貌多一點,此電影看得輕鬆帶點溫馨但又夾雜現實的苦澀及無奈,平淡簡單得來其實算是不錯了

赤徑末日camp

貳零壹壹年伍月貳拾壹至貳拾貳號 - 赤徑末日camp

講左好耐5月21號既末日camp,行入去時天陰陰但間中有陽光,點知起完晒營後就開始落雨,一路落呀落都冇咩點停過,而且d雨好密下,但我地都出左海邊行下,行行下又行左出海邊捉蟹,有d蟹都幾大隻下但生猛同好惡下,最衰冇手套如果唔係實可以捉多好多番去食,最後玩左兩個幾鐘都係捉左6-7隻

之後以為唔可以燒野食,點知d雨又細番好多,所以都仲可以,今次我地試左first choice既圓形炭,包裝靚仔容易pack而且好好燒,唔錯唔錯

第2日晨早走人,但雨好大仲行晒雷倒水一樣,而且我把遮爛左,所以遮到d又遮唔到d,卒之由頭濕到腳滴晒水,由外濕到內再由內濕番外,底底面面全濕,對鞋防水都倒出得水,真係好耐冇試過咁勁呀

暴風下的殉難者

雖然係3號風球,但風實在太大,番屋企時一地都係遮已經想影,不過我冇機係身而且又大風又有雨,我把遮都驚佢吹爛所以後尾見雨唔太大,遮我都冇用,唔想吹爛要買過,哈

之後夜少少見冇落雨就羅部相機去左影下佢地,行左幾條街已經有4-50把爛遮,咩款式咩型態都有,加埋冇咩車同d燈光,總係有另一種情調,哈

有時覺得黑白好d有時又覺加埋d燈光好d,所以兩樣都放晒出黎啦,嗯

赤徑camp

貳零壹壹年壹月拾伍至拾陸號 - 赤徑camp

都幾耐冇去過赤徑camp了,依個營地係一個非常輕鬆既camp,離馬路一個鐘唔洗,而且地方大又整左個靚廁所,所以人亦比平時我地去睇camp site多少少

今次去好大風好大浪,第一次係赤徑見白頭浪,而且水漲得好緊要,爭少少就到路面,所以後尾我地行去青年營果邊有d路都係浪打到上黎,要快步走唔係實濕腳

可能係我地個營係扎入左好多,有個谷位所以天氣唔算得太凍,但洗碗時d水呢就真係好凍,但尚可接受,另唔知係食錯左d乜,夜晚頂住個胃卒而要嘔左出黎先訓到,慘

丫,個magic hour好靚,加上天氣乾燥,得番d樹枝,襯埋個月亮同magic hour,又橙又紫幾靚下

大東山2010 - Part 02

貳零壹零年拾貳月拾壹至拾貳號 - 大東山2010

第2日因太大風太大霧既關係,我地既早午餐比人騷擾既情況就極有改善,冇咁人打擾我地,但風就係大得緊要,幾條友出門擦牙時要搵好風向,唔係既就好易就一褲或一身都係,總之就極為有趣

食過極之豐富既brunch後就要準備下山了,風大得驚人,出去關窗時爭d吹死,真係企唔穩,d風大到好似出左飛機倉外咁,我地揹住個大背囊係關晒木窗全黑咁濟既屋入面行出窄窄既門口,山面既風係咁吹,果一刻我覺得我地似跳降傘一樣,極唔想行出去,哈哈

原本上大東時仲話霧冇上年咁大,原來走時先知大過之前,能見度極之低,真係行慢少少d人都唔見晒,風亦好大地亦變得濕濕,加上我腳仲未好番晒,所以行得極慢,好彩今次有新腳,所以都唔算行得太快太急,始終不平路我要小心行丫嘛,哈

Preparedness 101: Zombie Apocalypse

There are all kinds of emergencies out there that we can prepare for. Take a zombie apocalypse for example. That’s right, I said z-o-m-b-i-e a-p-o-c-a-l-y-p-s-e. You may laugh now, but when it happens you’ll be happy you read this, and hey, maybe you’ll even learn a thing or two about how to prepare for a real emergency.

A Brief History of Zombies
We’ve all seen at least one movie about flesh-eating zombies taking over (my personal favorite is Resident Evil), but where do zombies come from and why do they love eating brains so much? The word zombie comes from Haitian and New Orleans voodoo origins. Although its meaning has changed slightly over the years, it refers to a human corpse mysteriously reanimated to serve the undead. Through ancient voodoo and folk-lore traditions, shows like the Walking Dead were born.

In movies, shows, and literature, zombies are often depicted as being created by an infectious virus, which is passed on via bites and contact with bodily fluids. Harvard psychiatrist Steven Schlozman wrote a (fictional) medical paper on the zombies presented in Night of the Living Dead and refers to the condition as Ataxic Neurodegenerative Satiety Deficiency Syndrome caused by an infectious agent. The Zombie Survival Guide identifies the cause of zombies as a virus called solanum. Other zombie origins shown in films include radiation from a destroyed NASA Venus probe (as in Night of the Living Dead), as well as mutations of existing conditions such as prions, mad-cow disease,measles and rabies.

The rise of zombies in pop culture has given credence to the idea that a zombie apocalypse could happen. In such a scenario zombies would take over entire countries, roaming city streets eating anything living that got in their way. The proliferation of this idea has led many people to wonder “How do I prepare for a zombie apocalypse?”

Well, we’re here to answer that question for you, and hopefully share a few tips about preparing for real emergencies too!

Some of the supplies for your emergency kit

Better Safe than Sorry

So what do you need to do before zombies…or hurricanes or pandemics for example, actually happen? First of all, you should have an emergency kit in your house. This includes things like water, food, and other supplies to get you through the first couple of days before you can locate a zombie-free refugee camp (or in the event of a natural disaster, it will buy you some time until you are able to make your way to an evacuation shelter or utility lines are restored). Below are a few items you should include in your kit, for a full list visit the CDC Emergency page.

• Water (1 gallon per person per day)
• Food (stock up on non-perishable items that you eat regularly)
• Medications (this includes prescription and non-prescription meds)
• Tools and Supplies (utility knife, duct tape, battery powered radio, etc.)
• Sanitation and Hygiene (household bleach, soap, towels, etc.)
• Clothing and Bedding (a change of clothes for each family member and blankets)
• Important documents (copies of your driver’s license, passport, and birth certificate to name a few)
• First Aid supplies (although you’re a goner if a zombie bites you, you can use these supplies to treat basic cuts and lacerations that you might get during a tornado orhurricane)

Once you’ve made your emergency kit, you should sit down with your family and come up with an emergency plan. This includes where you would go and who you would call if zombies started appearing outside your door step. You can also implement this plan if there is a flood, earthquake, or other emergency.

Family members meeting by their mailbox. You should pick two meeting places, one close to your home and farther away

1. Identify the types of emergencies that are possible in your area. Besides a zombie apocalypse, this may include floods, tornadoes, or earthquakes. If you are unsure contact your local Red Cross chapter for more information.
2. Pick a meeting place for your family to regroup in case zombies invade your home…or your town evacuates because of a hurricane. Pick one place right outside your home for sudden emergencies and one place outside of your neighborhood in case you are unable to return home right away.
3. Identify your emergency contacts. Make a list of local contacts like the police, fire department, and your local zombie response team. Also identify an out-of-state contact that you can call during an emergency to let the rest of your family know you are ok.
4. Plan your evacuation route. When zombies are hungry they won’t stop until they get food (i.e., brains), which means you need to get out of town fast! Plan where you would go and multiple routes you would take ahead of time so that the flesh eaters don’t have a chance! This is also helpful when natural disasters strike and you have to take shelter fast.

Never Fear – CDC is Ready

Get a Kit, Make a Plan, Be Prepared

If zombies did start roaming the streets, CDC would conduct an investigation much like any other disease outbreak. CDC would provide technical assistance to cities, states, or international partners dealing with a zombie infestation. This assistance might include consultation, lab testing and analysis, patient management and care, tracking of contacts, and infection control (includingisolation and quarantine). It’s likely that an investigation of this scenario would seek to accomplish several goals: determine the cause of the illness, the source of the infection/virus/toxin, learn how it is transmitted and how readily it is spread, how to break the cycle of transmission and thus prevent further cases, and how patients can best be treated. Not only would scientists be working to identify the cause and cure of the zombie outbreak, but CDC and other federal agencies would send medical teams and first responders to help those in affected areas (I will be volunteering the young nameless disease detectives for the field work).

大東山2010 - Part 01

貳零壹零年拾貳月拾壹至拾貳號 - 大東山2010

又黎一年一度既大東山之旅,今年可能因eason既關係,多人到呢,我冇咩研究但聽佢地講好多人係eason同一個位影相仲要擺埋同一個pose,哈

今次我地住番14號屋,上次果間16號屋已blacklist了,實在太細

我地今次有7-8個人,上到去時都唔算太晏係咁易食左個漢堡包後就出左去玩geocaching,又一次好快咁比我搵到,而且個盒幾特別,好似舊石咁但因為太細冇玩具連筆都冇冇得簽番個名,而且可能天氣唔係太好,見唔到日落,夜晚本身想睇既流星雨都冇緣見到,可惜呀

今次我地唔係打邊爐亦唔係煮飯仔而係食意粉,真係第一次,但依間屋好似欠缺好多物資,連大煲都冇個,攪餐飯都幾煩,而且上手人唔太好手尾,走時冇攪好個廁所又冇裝好水連地都冇掃就走人,真係極之有問題,投訴就一定了,太冇公德了,blacklist後就唔好再比佢地攪到人攪亂d屋就差不多了,老實個廁所太難攪,除左本身屎塔內既問題就係地下果袋發臭的東東,浸過水的手套膠袋等等自行發臭生蟲,加下外面的木窗lock死了,難攪,第一次有咁煩,damn it.

當然經過廣州事件,我地仍然有玩彈手指遊戲,一場場生死搏鬥加殘酷場面,我隻手指腫左,影左張相仲唔夠明顯,但我記得影時隻手仲震緊,哈

訓至半夜有人居然想爆門,可能我地係裡面既門鎖壞壞地,但又係第一次比人撞門入黎,大風都唔好亂黎啦大佬,行夜山就預左爆門想點先?

係結志街行去卑利街時咁岩見到百子里,之前都想去影,今次咁岩行過就順手走入去影下相,但入面整緊,好似話係活化,所以就只係睇到條冷巷,睇到幾座大廈咁上下,唔知整完之後會點呢又

依個red bull dragon run都係順手睇,睇完展覽後去到已經5點半,離開始時間唔夠半個鐘,比想像中多人,但還算熱鬧,有d攤位賣下衫賣下記念品咁,但因人實在太多,要經天橋行去對面先有位攝下睇睇,相就真係難影,因車太快我又距離比較遠,所以movie比較多,不過架F1 D聲都真係勁,但我又真係好死熱,呼

有大機係身加上天氣相當之好,經過鴨巴甸街結志街卑利街,影左少少相,街市好似比我上次去少左d攤檔而且舊鋪又好似少左,唔知心理作用定係冇開門做生意,anyway,天色非常之好,加埋d又新又舊既建築物,不錯

廣州 2010-12-03to05 - Part.03(05Dec)

第2早執好行李就到上下九的陶陶居,以為要分開等位但原來已進化到叫號進木台,但可能服務改了食物就會變差,這次吃不到原本的風味,食物變得沒有之前的舊菜樓舊點心的感覺,可惜了

之後除了到大路的大街走走,亂走亂走來到了一大片林蔭大道,人不多車也不多,陽光透過大樹照落馬路上,加上點點的灰塵,像極清早的迷朦感覺,喜歡

走呀走,走過了海味街,見的總是新奇,再後來的動物街,貓貓狗狗一地都是,但人就是太多,之後去到傳說中古舊的恩寧路,樓是古但已不舊,可能經過亞運的整頓,外牆的油漆還滿光鮮,有點像澳門,我又錯過了當中的舊物,唉

中國和香港一樣實在變得太快了,告訴自己要多加找緊,嗯
